Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a customer-focused associate to greet customers, assist with products and services, and resolve issues to ensure an outstanding shopping experience.

You will provide fast, courteous service at the register, upsell when appropriate, and maintain store displays and inventory. Responsibilities include photo services, web-pickup support, and keeping the store clean and compliant with policies.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Provides courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service at the register and throughout the store.
• Recommends items and upsells where appropriate while maintaining inventory and displays.
• Operates store systems and equipment, including the cash register and photo services area.
• Assists with web pick-up orders, including monitoring, picking, and delivering to customers.
• Maintains store cleanliness, merchandises shelves, and adheres to company policies.
