Wawa is hiring a Customer Service Associate to be the friendly face of the store, greeting customers and ensuring their needs are met with speed and courtesy.

You will prepare food items, manage the cash register, and assist with fuel/gift card transactions while maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting store environment. The role emphasizes teamwork and excellent communication in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with customers to ensure their needs are met quickly and courteously.
• Prepare food items such as breakfast items, build-to-order sandwiches, beverages, and pizzas, and keep coffee station clean and organized.
• Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with lottery and ID verification for age-restricted products.
• Ensure stores are well-stocked with fresh shelves and inviting displays.
• Follow all policies to keep stores clean and safe; complete housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and trash disposal.
