Job summary

Wawa, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet and serve customers with warmth, efficiency, and a friendly attitude. You’ll be the face of the store, helping multitask in a fast-paced environment and ensure every guest leaves satisfied.

You’ll handle transactions at the register, assist with food prep, maintain clean shelves, and adhere to safety and store policies. Flexible schedules and a comprehensive benefits package are available.

• Must be 16+ years old with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with customers to ensure their needs are met both quickly and courteously.
• Prepare food items such as our breakfast items, built-to-order sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas, and keep the coffee station clean and organized.
• Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with lottery and ID verification for age-restricted products.
• Ensure stores are well-stocked and shelves remain fresh, full, and inviting.
• Help keep stores clean and safe by following all established policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Complete store housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, and more.
