Responsibilities

• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service at the register.
• Recommends items for sale and trade-up or companion products.
• Registers purchases, processes returns, exchanges, refunds, and rain checks as needed.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean and merchandised; checks in and prices merchandise.
