Job summary

Walgreens in the United States is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a friendly checkout experience, greet customers, and assist with products and services.

You will operate the cash register, handle transactions, support inventory and displays, and maintain store cleanliness while following policies. Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is required; prior retail experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience on the sales floor and at the register.
• Registers customer purchases on the cash register, processes payments, and handles returns and exchanges as needed.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean and merchandised; assists with stock rotation and displays as directed by management.
• Provides customer service in the photo area and supports web pick-up and other store services.
