Job summary

Walgreens is hiring a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, assist with products, and provide fast, courteous checkout using the store's systems.

You will handle cash, processing returns and refunds, maintain clean and organized shelves, assist with photo services and web pickup orders, and follow loss prevention procedures as directed. The role requires flexibility for evenings and weekend hours, and prior retail or Walgreens experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekend hours.
• Preference for six months of retail experience.
• Preference for prior Walgreens experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Register sales on the cash register, handle cash, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
• Keep counters and shelves clean and well merchandised; price items when required.
• Provide photo services and assist with web pickup orders as they arrive.
• Follow asset protection procedures and ensure store compliance with policies.
• Complete special assignments as directed by management.
