Job summary

Walgreens Co. is hiring a Customer Service / Sales Associate to deliver a distinctive checkout and in-store experience. You will greet customers, ring up purchases, assist with products, and ensure fast, friendly service.

You will keep shelves neat, recommend items, handle returns, and support store operations, including photo services, web order pick-ups, and adherence to company policies. Prior retail exposure and flexibility, including evenings and weekends, are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willing to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prior work experience with Walgreens is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient checkout service.
• Engage customers and assist with products and services.
• Recommend items and upsell as appropriate.
• Keep counters and shelves clean and merchandised.
• Process returns, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
• Ensure compliance with store policies and asset protection.
• Assist in photo area and web pick-up responsibilities.
