Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services to deliver a strong customer experience.
• Operate cash register, process purchases, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
• Keep counters and shelves clean and well merchandised; take inventory and price merchandise.
• Follow asset protection procedures and comply with state/local laws on regulated products.
• Assist with store displays, stock rotation, and restocking as needed.
• Provide customer service in the photo area, including passport photos and photo printing.
• Support web pick-up by monitoring orders, picking items, and delivering to customers.
• Maintain a neat store condition and follow company policies and procedures.
