Job summary

Walgreens is hiring for a Customer Experience/Operations role at our Memphis store. You will greet customers, assist with products, and deliver fast, friendly checkout service. The position requires English fluency and willingness to work evenings or weekends. Prior retail experience, especially with Walgreens, is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior Walgreens experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services.
• Provide courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service at the register.
• Process purchases, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
• Keep counters and shelves clean and merchandised; check in and price merchandise.
• Assist with photo area services and web pick-up duties as applicable.
