Responsibilities

• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Registers sales on assigned cash register, processes payments, and handles returns and exchanges as needed.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean and well merchandised and maintains records, including price checks and restocking.
• Provides customer service in the photo area and handles web pick-up duties as needed.
• Assists with exterior and interior maintenance to ensure a clean, neat store condition.
• Implements store policies and asset protection procedures to minimize loss.
