Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services; resolve customer issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Register sales on the cash register; handle payments, returns, rain checks, refunds and exchanges as needed.
• Keep counters and shelves clean and well merchandised; check in and price merchandise as directed.
• Maintain displays, perform stock rotation, and support seasonal and promotional resets.
• Provide customer service in the photo area (passport photos, posters, and promotional products); assist with web pick-up orders.
• Ensure store procedures are followed and maintain a neat, safe environment.
