Job summary

Walgreens in Minnesota (Eagan) is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to greet customers, assist with products, and process purchases at the register with courtesy and efficiency.

You will maintain store appearance, help customers with service needs, and support photo services and online order pick-ups. English fluency and a flexible schedule (evenings/weekends) are required; prior retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Preferred six months of retail experience; prior Walgreens experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Operate the cash register; handle cash, returns, exchanges and refunds as needed.
• Maintain clean, well-merchandised counters and shelves; assist with inventory and pricing as directed.
• Provide customer service in photo area and support web pick-up duties.
• Comply with company policies and procedures and support asset protection.
