Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Registers customer purchases on the cash register and processes returns, exchanges, and refunds as needed.
• Provides courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service and suggests related items to customers.
• Maintains clean counters and well merchandised shelves, and handles stock rotation and price checks as directed.
• Offers photo area services, including digital passport photo service and poster print, and supports web pick-up orders.
• Complies with company policies and procedures and supports upkeep of a safe, welcoming store environment.
