Job summary

Walgreens is seeking front-line staff to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience at the register and throughout the store. You will greet customers, assist with products, and ensure efficient checkout service with courteous interaction.

Responsibilities include processing payments, handling returns and exchanges, maintaining shelf presentation, and supporting photo services and web pick-up duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Experience in a retail environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and offer assistance with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Provide courteous, fast, and efficient checkout service on the cash register.
• Process payments, returns, exchanges, and sales transactions as needed.
• Keep counters and shelves clean and well merchandised; assist with stock and pricing as directed.
• Assist with in-store displays, promotions, and seasonal resets as required.
• Provide customer service in the photo area and handle web pick-up orders when needed.
