Job summary

Wawa is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, prepare food items, and handle transactions at our MD location. This on-site role offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and the chance to be part of a beloved brand dedicated to putting people first.

You will work in a fast-paced team environment, assist with fuel and gift card activations, maintain store cleanliness, and ensure shelves are stocked and inviting for every guest.

Qualifications

• Must be 16+ years old with reliable transportation.
• Enjoys working in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and engage with them to meet their needs quickly and courteously.
• Prepare food items such as breakfast items, built-to-order sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas; keep coffee station clean.
• Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with lottery and ID verification for age-restricted products.
• Ensure the store is well-stocked and shelves remain fresh, full, and inviting.
• Help keep the store clean and safe by following policy and guidelines.
• Complete store housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and trash removal.
