Lane Bryant at Eastland Mall, Evansville, IN, is seeking a part-time Associate to create a warm, welcoming store environment. You will engage customers, share product knowledge, and help guide fashion choices to build trust and drive sales.

Responsibilities include maintaining store operations, protecting assets, and upholding company policies. A flexible schedule including nights and weekends is required; opportunities for advancement exist across our brands.

Qualifications

• Strong sales or hospitality experience preferred with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient with mobile technology (e.g. registers and iPad) to engage customers.

Responsabilités

• Sales and Service: Identifies customer needs & wants with curiosity and confidence through intentional conversation. Uses company resources to reinforce the brand experience and facilitate/build strong, enduring relationships.
• Represents the brand through fashion and product knowledge. Shares and represents current products, fit and fashion trends with customers to appropriately wardrobe, inspire and build trust.
• Operations: Supports areas of operational energy as needed. Plans and prioritizes tasks and responsibilities to meet the needs of the customer and business.
• Protects company assets and maintains a safe work environment. Follows all company policies and procedures as well as local, state, and federal employment laws.
