Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Resolve customer issues and answer questions; provide proactive assistance on store needs.
• Process purchases at the cash register and handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.
• Maintain clean, organized shelves and displays; assist with inventory and merchandising.
• Provide customer service in the photo area (passport photos, prints, promotional products).
• Assist with web order pickups and in-store fulfillment as needed.
