Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of banking or cash handling experience preferred.
• Strong decision making, dependability, adaptability, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer contact in a sales environment is preferred.
• Effective oral and written communication skills (including telephone).
• Computer operation and 10-key adding machine proficiency.
• Basic mathematical ability.
• Confidential handling of sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Process daily money handling transactions and balance cash drawer.
• Provide quality customer service and greet clients.
• Educate customers on products and self-service options.
• Maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures.
• Attend training and meetings related to transactions and account management.
• Cross-train for basic account management; refer complex needs.
• Relay customer feedback to supervisor.
• Maintain internal controls and fraud prevention standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
