Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Work closely with customers and discuss discounts.
  2. Resolve issues related to discounts or programs.
  3. Reach out to customers and schedule appointments.
  4. Cross-sell products, including Multi-Line discounts.
  5. Handle incoming calls and answer queries.
  6. Collect payments and process policy changes.
  7. Set up billing accounts and handle simple billing requests.
  8. Submit claims paperwork as requested by claim representatives.
  9. Provide proof of insurance documents to clients.
  10. Assist with INFB Health Plans as needed.
  11. Perform additional duties assigned by management.

Requirements for Success:

  1. High school diploma or GED.
  2. At least 3 years of customer service experience; insurance experience preferred.
  3. Property & Casualty insurance license required or ability to obtain within a year.
  4. Knowledge of Farm Bureau discounts and programs or ability to learn quickly.
  5. Effective communication skills for diverse audiences.
  6. Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
  7. Attention to detail and accuracy.
  8. Professional interaction with internal and external clients.
  9. Proficiency in using Android and Apple devices.
  10. Patience and understanding in guiding customers through technology.
