This hybrid role requires onsite three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) and targets a recent graduate or early-career professional with strong communication and administrative skills.

You will handle client transactions, inquiries, and documentation, collaborate with internal teams, and help maintain records in compliance with policies.

Qualifications

Compensation for the Customer Experience Associate includes:

• Salary range: $42,000 - $48,000 annually.
• Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), sick leave as required by law, and PTO.
