Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer ExperienceAssociate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for offering accessory upgrades, scheduling installations, conduct technology presentations, and ensuring customer satisfaction through follow-up and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer accessory upgrades to customers, highlighting the benefits and features of each option.
  • Schedule accessory installations and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Print vouchers for rewards and promotions.
  • Troubleshoot Bluetooth connectivity issues on devices that connect with customers' vehicles.
  • Conduct brief presentations of the available technology features for customers on their vehicles after purchase multiple times throughout the day.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in customer service or sales.
  • Knowledge of automotive accessories and technology.
