Store - Alabaster, AL

Deliver a customer-centric shopping experience by managing front-end operations, leading omnichannel processes, maintaining store recovery standards, and providing friendly customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Store Manager in ensuring compliance with SOPs, company policies, and standards; hold team accountable for store conditions and results.
  • Ensure all front-end policies are followed; achieve KPIs for yourself and your team.
  • Plan and lead in-store events and class activities.
  • Manage omnichannel processes, shrink, safety programs, and assist with cash reconciliation and inventory processes.
  • Support onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management of team members.
  • Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
  • Provide excellent customer service, help locate products, and resolve issues.
  • Participate in stock unloading and stocking, cross-train in Custom Framing, and lead high-quality framing solutions in stores without a Framing Manager.
Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Retail management experience preferred.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment
  • Stand for long periods, move throughout the store, lift heavy items, and work nights, weekends, and early mornings.
