American Power & Gas is hiring a Customer Experience Agent to join our onsite team in Largo, FL. This full-time role features a guaranteed base salary plus commission, weekly pay, and no weekends, with standard hours 8:30 am–5:00 pm, Monday–Friday.

You’ll handle inbound/outbound calls in a call center, promote green energy solutions to residential and small commercial customers, and receive paid training and ongoing coaching in a team-focused environment.

• No prior sales or telemarketing experience required—entry-level, mid-level, and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
