Job summary

Regal Brands is hiring a Customer Experience Specialist in our on-site Denver facility. This full-time position (40 hours/week) runs Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with benefits including medical, dental, life, and 401(k).

You will handle inquiries via email, social media, online chat, and phone, process orders, and resolve product issues. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in customer service, strong communication, and solid computer skills (Excel/Word/Outlook) plus ERP

Regal Brands has an opportunity available for Customer Experience Specialist! This position has an anticipated hiring range of $21.00 per hour and is eligible for our full Benefits Package, including health, dental, life, and 401k. The Workweek for this position is Full-Time, (40 hours per week) Monday-Friday, from 7:30AM - 4:00PM. This position will work on-site at our facility near I-70 and Monaco.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

The Regal Brands family of companies produce decorative hardware products ranging from vintage interior handle sets to hinges and cabinet hardware, representing a wide range of styles and décor. We are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist who has a passion for providing "best in class" experiences for our customers through email, social media, online chat and inbound phone calls. You will be the point of contact for customers both online and over the phone providing support, answering questions, taking orders, and solving products. This is an in-office position, however as we do not utilize a storefront all customer interaction will be online or over the phone.

Other Responsibilities Include

• Answering customer questions both online and over the phone.
• Taking and entering orders, assisting quality assurance team with specialized orders.
• Problem remediation and customer support.
• Ensure customer orders, returns, and warranty Issues are entered with accuracy and thorough, providing timely follow-up.
• An interest in home renovation, interior design and architecture is a huge plus!

Who We Are Seeking In An Applicant

The idea candidate for this position will have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role and strong computer skills. Other qualifications we are looking for include:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Enjoys interacting with customers and excels in negotiation and conflict resolution.
• Ability to effectively manage customer expectations and build loyal customer relationships.
• Willingness to learn our product line.
• Ability to understand and educate customers on products.
• Strong computer skills are required, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience using an ERP System.
• Ability to multitask and handle several conversations at once.
• Home Improvement/Interior Design experience a plus!
