Opportunity Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts with a focus on driving renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities. You will build strong relationships with clients, identify business needs, and work to increase customer satisfaction while growing revenue. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator with a keen ability to spot new opportunities within existing accounts.
Responsibilities:
Manage Renewals: Proactively ensure client renewals and minimize churn.
Drive Upselling & Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant products or services.
Client Relationship Management: Build lasting relationships with key stakeholders and ensure customer satisfaction.
Revenue Growth: Develop strategies to increase revenue from existing accounts.
Collaboration: Work with sales and marketing teams to drive customer growth and align on strategies.
Reporting: Track account health and provide regular performance updates.
Skills and Qualifications:
2+ years in a quota carrying sales and account management role within the aviation and aerospace industry
Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to be assertive and persuasive without being aggressive
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities with the ability to adapt quickly
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Proficient in CRMs, data and analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
