Opportunity Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts with a focus on driving renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities. You will build strong relationships with clients, identify business needs, and work to increase customer satisfaction while growing revenue. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator with a keen ability to spot new opportunities within existing accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Renewals: Proactively ensure client renewals and minimize churn.

  • Drive Upselling & Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant products or services.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build lasting relationships with key stakeholders and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Revenue Growth: Develop strategies to increase revenue from existing accounts.

  • Collaboration: Work with sales and marketing teams to drive customer growth and align on strategies.

  • Reporting: Track account health and provide regular performance updates.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in a quota carrying sales and account management role within the aviation and aerospace industry

  • Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills

  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to be assertive and persuasive without being aggressive

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet

  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities with the ability to adapt quickly

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

  • Proficient in CRMs, data and analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
