Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers across the district, with regular visits.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate engineers; set objectives and conduct performance reviews.
• Coordinate with Product Divisions (tech support, training, spares, reliability).
• Monitor programs and mentor new engineers to ensure proper onboarding.
• Oversee account planning, financial forecasting, and cost efficiency for the district.
• Plan and manage system installations and related reporting.
• Manage RMA processes and track engineer utilization.
