We are seeking a highly skilled, motivated, and customer-focused Customer Engineer to join our team. As a Customer Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise, support, and guidance to our valued customers. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and implementing effective solutions. You will also play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by providing technical expertise and support throughout the sales process. You will collaborate closely with the sales team and engage with prospective customers to understand their needs, present solutions, and demonstrate the value of our products or services. This position requires strong technical acumen, excellent communication skills, the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Zero Networks is committed to fair and equitable compensation packages. The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, relevant experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer, the annual base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between this range: $160,000 - $180,000 USD. In addition to a competitive salary, our packages include stock options, attractive benefits, and an annual bonus (for non-commissioned roles).
