Job summary

LanceSoft is seeking motivated Field Service Technicians to service, maintain, and repair ATMs in the Nashville area. No prior ATM experience required—comprehensive training will be provided for candidates with strong mechanical or electrical aptitude.

You will travel to local sites, perform basic maintenance and component replacements, diagnose issues from logs, keep inventory records, and complete required training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0–1 year of relevant experience.
• Reliable transportation.
• Smartphone to receive assignments and access support materials.
• Possess basic hand tools, including #1 and #2 flathead and Phillips screwdrivers.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic maintenance, repairs, and component/module replacements on ATMs.
• Diagnose issues using error logs and information provided in service calls.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and manage parts efficiently.
• Provide timely updates on job status and elevate issues as needed.
• Complete all required company-specific training and certifications.
• Ensure compliance with all security and safety procedures when working in financial environments.
• Own customer issues through to resolution, in accordance with SLA agreements.
• Submit accurate reports and documentation related to daily service activity.

Job Title: Field Service Technician

Location: Nashville, TN Market

Note: Mileage reimbursement is not provided

Travel: Candidate to drive their own vehicle to and from ATMs in their local area. Schedules are 5 days a week and can include nights and or weekends based on the area.

Job Description:

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Field Service Technicians. In this role, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing Automated Teller Machines (ATMs). No prior ATM experience is required—comprehensive training will be provided for the right candidate with a strong mechanical or electrical aptitude. This is an excellent opportunity to build a technical career in field services, especially for individuals with little or no prior relevant work experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform basic maintenance, repairs, and component/module replacements on ATMs.
• Diagnose issues using error logs and information provided in service calls.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and manage parts efficiently.
• Provide timely updates on job status and elevate issues as needed.
• Complete all required company-specific training and certifications.

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements:

• Frequent bending, squatting, standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods.
• Potential for prolonged local travel depending on service territory.
• Must be able to lift and carry tools/parts weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Daily dispatch may be scheduled in advance or assigned on a rolling basis.
• Availability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is required.

Basic Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:
