Lancesoft is seeking a Field Service Technician to support ATM equipment nationwide from Ventura, CA. You will perform module-level maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and communicate status with clients, while prioritizing uptime and safety.
The role requires reliable transportation, basic mechanical skills, and the ability to work independently with mobile device access for work orders and documentation. Overnight or travel may be required.

As a Field Service Technician, you will: represent the Client brand, problem-solve at a basic module (FRU) level, organize and plan your time effectively, and know when and to whom to escape issues. You will also apply knowledge of routine work area procedures, complete standardized activities, and resolve task-related problems in straightforward situations, emphasizing manual skills.
Previous fieldwork experience. Experience with ATMs is a plus, but not required or expected. Is good at troubleshooting problems and is capable of fixing mechanical devices.
