Job summary

NCR Atleos is seeking an ATM service technician to install, maintain, and service electromechanical equipment across a defined territory. You will respond to service calls, perform system overhauls, and ensure machines are tested and dispatched in good working order.

The role involves hands-on maintenance of ATMs and related equipment, plus light warehouse duties such as dismantling old machines and testing parts. Willingness to travel within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing ATMs or electromechanical equipment is preferred.
• Ability to travel within territory and respond promptly to service requests.
• Comfort with basic warehouse duties and parts testing.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like ATMs and self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance repair and system overhauls.
• Warehouse activity to dismantle old machines and test parts; repair old modules with parts and assemble/test before dispatch.
