Job summary

NCR Atleos seeks a Field Service Technician to install, maintain, repair, and upgrade customer equipment and related hardware, software, and network components. You will perform diagnostics and troubleshooting to restore service and minimize downtime, while maintaining day-to-day relationships with customers and communicating service updates.

The role requires ownership of customer issues through resolution, adherence to SLAs, and compliance with safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience installing, maintaining and upgrading customer equipment.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues to restore service.
• Provide technical support across customer environments and ensure timely resolutions.
