Job summary

TransUnion in Chicago seeks a Customer Engagement Senior Analyst to align sales and delivery teams, advise on product capabilities, and ensure fulfillment of client projects. This hybrid role requires in‑person work at least two days a week.

You will translate technical and functional requirements for non‑technical audiences, gather customer needs, and verify batch fulfillment against specifications while coordinating with the technical team.

Qualifications

• Translate technical and functional requirements and collaborate with technical counterparts.
• Explain technical concepts in layman's terms to a non-technical audience.
• Bachelor’s degree and relevant work experience, preferably in the Financial Services industry.
• Familiarity working with data.
• Experience in the credit reporting, financial services or direct marketing industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the full system lifecycle including client and sales engagement, requirements gathering, review of the fulfillment of the solution, and coordinate resources for fulfillment.
• Assist the technical team with developing an end-to-end processing solution including design, setup, test, delivery and documentation.
• Validate batch fulfillment system setup and output based on customer requirements and direct customer communication to audit results.
• Analyze how industry changes will affect program execution, fulfillment, and solution delivery.

At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations. Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion’s annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
