TransUnion is seeking a Vice President, Global Operations Management & AIOps to lead global technology operations, drive reliability, automation, observability, and AI-enabled operations across infrastructure, cloud, network, platform, and regional teams.

This hybrid role reports to the Senior VP and focuses on modernizing operational practices while ensuring reliability and scalability of critical services.

  • Establish and execute a modern global operations strategy across infrastructure, cloud, network, and regional teams.
  • Lead major incident and problem management with executive communications and post-incident reviews.
  • Drive adoption of observability, automation, and AIOps to improve issue detection and resolution.
  • Partner with leaders to implement service-based operating models with clear ownership and runbooks.
  • Develop executive dashboards and ensure operational readiness for new services and deployments.

At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations. Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion’s annual bonus plan.
