The Suddath Companies is seeking a Customer Engagement Representative to drive customer interaction by proactively reaching out, gathering feedback, and supporting relocation journeys. The role requires initiative, strategic communication, and the ability to influence customer behavior through meaningful engagement.
Responsibilities include outbound outreach, building rapport, data accuracy, and collaboration with the service team to optimize the overall customer experience.

The Customer Engagement Representative plays a key role in driving customer interaction and satisfaction by proactively reaching out to customers, gathering feedback, and supporting their relocation journey. This role requires a high level of initiative, strategic communication, and the ability to influence customer behavior through meaningful engagement.

High School Diploma or GED required; three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor’s degree or Associate's degree in accounting preferred. Prior experience in Accounts Payable required.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to learn and effectively use software applications such as move management, accounting/billing, HRIS, timekeeping and other applications used in the performance of job duties.
