Epiq Systems, Inc is seeking a Customer Enablement Specialist to ensure teams and clients can effectively use our AI-powered platform. You’ll create training, documentation, messaging, and demo scripts for Epiq Global teams and clients, and keep them current with every release while building AI agents that reduce routine work.
You’ll split time between building AI tools and teaching users, collaborating with Legal Engineers, Customer Success Managers, Product, and Epiq Global teams.
At Epiq, your work contributes to complex, global legal outcomes. You’ll join a values‑driven community where integrity guides decisions, relentless service sets the bar, and we thrive on big challenges together. We invest in your growth with enterprise‑wide learning and mobility. We celebrate who you are, and we respect life beyond work with flexibility that’s recognized externally. Enabled by modern platforms and AI, you’ll do the most meaningful work of your career and see your impact at scale.
Epiq AI Labs, established by Epiq in 2025, brings together builders, researchers, academics, legal professionals, and industry leaders to advance AI for complex legal and corporate challenges. Its work includes foundational AI research, large‑scale data analysis, collaborative development of practical solutions, and AI education. Alongside research, the Labs leads the development of Epiq’s flagship AI platform—the foundation for AI‑powered workflows across litigation, compliance, antitrust, and other complex legal and corporate matters.
As our Customer Enablement Specialist, you’ll make sure everyone who explains or uses our platform can do it well. You’ll create training, documentation, messaging, and demo scripts for Epiq Global teams and our clients, keep them current with every release, and build AI agents and automations that take routine work off the team. You’ll split your time between building AI tools and teaching people to use the platform well. You’ll work closely with our Legal Engineers, Customer Success Managers, Product, and Epiq Global teams. You won’t own client accounts; your work makes everyone who does faster. You don’t need to be a lawyer. You’ll work from our New York office and serve clients in every region, including EMEA and APAC.
Epiq Global teams and clients get up to speed quickly on each release. Every release has training ready before it reaches clients. Agents and automations you build take routine work off the team.
