Ewing Outdoor Supply is seeking dependable, customer-focused team members to join our operations team in San Marcos, TX. This role combines customer service, warehouse tasks, inventory support, local deliveries, and sales assistance in a fast-paced environment.

No prior industry experience is required; we provide world-class training to set you up for success from day one. Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50–75 lbs are essential, and bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs regularly.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Team-oriented with world-class customer service.
• Warehouse associate and delivery experience preferred.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of irrigation, plumbing, or landscape materials helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer calls, field questions, and build customer relationships.
• Support customers in selecting landscape materials and irrigation products.
• Pull, stage, and load orders; maintain a clean, organized warehouse and yard.
• Receive and stock deliveries; assist with inventory checks.
• Load and unload materials using delivery vehicles and provide excellent service at delivery sites.
