Job summary

Ewing Outdoor Supply in Austin, TX is hiring for an operations role supporting customer service, warehouse operations, inventory, and local deliveries. Training is provided; indoor/outdoor work with friendly, team-focused culture.

Compensation ranges from $18 to $20 per hour depending on experience, with benefits and opportunities for growth. A valid driver's license is required to join our delivery team.

Qualifications

No prior industry experience required; training provided.
Ability to lift 50–75 lbs regularly.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors.
Strong work ethic and reliability.
Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales: greet customers, answer calls, field questions, build relationships.
Warehouse & Yard Operations: pull, stage, load orders, keep a clean, organized space.
Inventory Management: receive and stock deliveries, assist with cycle counts.
Delivery and Transportation: load/unload materials, deliver to local job sites with care.
