Job summary

Adams Fairacre Farms, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Associate to help keep our store clean, safe, and welcoming for customers and teammates. You will perform general cleaning, light maintenance, and assist with loading heavy items, while upholding Adams’ service standards.

Open availability on weekends is required; Mondays and Tuesdays 1:00pm - 8:00pm, Thursdays 2:00pm - 8:00pm. This role offers competitive pay and benefits including health, dental, and vision coverage, plus an Employee Discount.

Qualifications

• Maintain a clean and safe store environment for customers and staff.
• Assist customers with needs and inquiries in a friendly manner.
• Demonstrate Adams’ culture and values through daily interaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, helpful service and assist customers when needed, including loading heavy items.
• Keep store floors and walkways clean and safe by sweeping, mopping, handling spills, and using wet floor signs.
• Maintain clean and stocked bathrooms at all times.
• Remove carts from the parking lot and take out garbage as needed.
• Perform general property upkeep, including shoveling, salting, sanding, and basic landscaping.
• Sweep and maintain the cleanliness of exterior walkways.
• Complete additional cleaning or maintenance tasks if assigned, including using a floor scrubber or making local customer deliveries.
