Storage King USA is seeking an outgoing Assistant Property Manager for our Florida location. You will help customers with self storage needs, guide rentals, and support the leasing process in a fast-growing team.

This full-time hourly role offers weekday flexibility with some weekend work, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career development through training and cross-functional collaboration. Candidates with customer service, retail, restaurant, or sales backgrounds are encouraged

Qualificações

• Experience in customer service or retail is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are required.
• Basic computer skills including MS Word and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Advocate Storage King USA and showcase units, products, and promotions.
• Support local marketing outreach and referral program participation.
• Convert inquiries into storage rentals and sell store merchandise.
• Develop community partnerships and cross-promotion opportunities.
• Perform daily property walks, maintain cleanliness, and stock supplies.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to tenants and tenants’ needs.
