Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service and assist customers as they enter the store.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by the organization.
• Set and track personal sales goals and work to exceed sales targets.
• Follow all company policies and standards as listed in manuals and memos.
• Assist daily store operations including completing work lists, shipments, and maintenance.
• Present merchandise to promote sales according to product knowledge materials.
• Identify and communicate merchandise needs, pricing concerns, and operations issues to store management.
• Attend staff meetings and training clinics for the store.
• Protect assets through internal controls and report potential fraud risk to management.
