Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service as outlined in the service manual.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by the store.
• Set and pursue sales goals; track overall performance.
• Follow all company policies and procedures in operations, personnel and visual guides.
• Assist in daily store operations, including receiving shipments and maintaining the store.
• Present merchandise to support sales using product knowledge.
• Aim to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
• Communicate needs, pricing concerns, and operational issues to management.
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions to stay informed.
• Protect company assets and report potential fraud risks to management.
