Gopuff is hiring a Retail Sales Associate in San Diego, CA to provide excellent customer experiences, process sales, and support merchandising and fulfillment. The role emphasizes product knowledge, enrollment in BevMo!’s ClubBev and the Gopuff App, and accurate picking/packing for dispatch.

The position requires 21+ years of age with preference for retail, e-commerce, or warehouse exposure, and offers benefits typical for full-time roles.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Retail, e-commerce or warehouse experience is preferred.
• Clear concise communication to ensure message understanding.
• Ability to motivate and achieve goals with clear expectations and feedback.
• Systematic approach to improving workflow and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Model company values in all actions, communication and decision-making.
• Assist with stocking, merchandising and e-commerce operations, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Perform duties as directed by management.
• Create a positive customer experience using sales and customer service programs.
• Educate and enroll customers into BevMo!’s ClubBev Program and the Gopuff App.
• Use product knowledge to recommend items to customers and handle substitutions or special orders.
• Pick and pack items for customer dispatch and ensure accuracy.
• Clean and organize warehouse.
