Kirkland’s Home is looking for a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience in Texarkana, TX. You will participate in selling, cashiering, replenishment, floorsets and upkeep of the sales floor and stockroom, under management guidance.

Ideal candidates are energetic, customer-focused and able to communicate well with customers and teammates, including weekend and evening availability.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional shopping experience following Kirkland’s Home customer service model.
• Engages with customers to drive sales and educate on loyalty programs and promotions.
• Assists with cashiering, stock replenishment, floorsets and maintaining merchandising presentation.
• Maintains clean, organized sales floor and stockroom, supports inventory accuracy.
• Operates POS system and handles bags and checkout efficiently.
