Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail, cashier, sales, hospitality or customer-service experience preferred but not required.
• Friendly and professional communication skills with guests.
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and reconcile transactions.
• Comfort using POS system and retail technology after training.
• Bilingual English/Spanish helpful but not required unless needed.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and events.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests in a welcoming manner and provide attentive service.
• Promote and sell Kress-branded apparel, caps, souvenirs, and other merchandise.
• Answer questions about pricing, sizes, materials, care, promotions and store policies.
• Handle guest concerns, returns and exchanges per policy; escalate as needed.
• Operate POS system and process cash, credit, mobile, and returns accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked merchandise area.
• Support receiving, tagging, stocking, and inventory checks; assist with cycle counts.
