Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is hiring a retail associate in Canton, OH to deliver outstanding customer service and support daily store operations. You will engage with customers, process transactions, promote loyalty programs, and ensure products are prepared for the sales floor.

You will maintain store cleanliness, assist with safety and loss-prevention measures, and adapt to changing priorities while collaborating with peers and supervisors. Prior retail experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.
• Ring customer purchases and returns accurately; count change according to procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs; uphold merchandising standards.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor; participate in store recovery and cleanliness.
• Support store safety, shrink reduction programs, and labor policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
