Job summary

Hurley Retail is seeking a Part Time Assignee in Camarillo to help store management achieve sales targets and deliver premium customer service. You will maintain merchandising standards, restock items, and support various store operations.

The role requires strong English communication, reliability, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will collaborate with the Store Manager and partners to plan upcoming shipments, drive product knowledge, and ensure consistent execution

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail experience.
• Ability to understand direction and communicate in English.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support store management to achieve sales targets and premium customer service.
• Maintain store standards including attendance and conduct standards.
• Ensure daily restock and merchandising standards are upheld.
• Assist with front of house, back of house, shipping/receiving, and opening/closing duties.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and partners to plan shipments and identify opportunities.
