Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Retail Store Associate in Massachusetts to provide friendly, efficient service at the checkout and on the floor. You will engage customers, help locate items, and support store operations to keep shelves stocked and processes running smoothly.

The role includes cashier duties, assistance across departments such as photo and beauty, and possible pharmacy shifts. A high school diploma is preferred but not required. This is a full-time position with benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• High School Diploma Or Equivalent Preferred But Not Required.
• Previous experience in retail or customer service setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs and resolving potential service issues.
• Greet customers warmly, maintain eye contact, and assist with locating items as needed.
• Accurately perform cashier duties including cash, checks, and card payments per policy.
• Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, updating pricing, and assisting with inventory tasks.
• Support opening and closing store activities as needed.
• Assist pharmacy personnel and participate in pharmacy shifts when required.
• Embrace and promote CVS services and loyalty programs to support customers' path to better health.
