• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Greets all Customers by making eye contact, smiling and saying hello throughout the store and thanks customers at checkout.
• Assist Customers on the sales floor with merchandise and answers to questions in a polite and knowledgeable manner.
• Keep the store clean and organized, maintain merchandise presentation and restock as needed.
• Operate registers as needed and respond promptly to Customer Service calls.
• Represent and protect the Ross brand with integrity and discretion, safeguarding confidential information.
