ECI Management Group is hiring a dependable Cashier for our food service team in Fort Worth. You will greet customers, operate the Toast POS system, process transactions, and keep the front-service area clean and stocked.

This role emphasizes accuracy, friendliness, and efficient service in a fast-paced setting. Strong customer-service and communication skills are essential, along with reliability and punctuality.

Qualifications

• Previous cashier, restaurant, or customer-service experience preferred but not required.
• Must have strong customer-service and communication skills.
• Must be dependable and punctual.
• Must be comfortable handling money and using a POS system.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform normal food-service duties.
• Must maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Must be able to follow food-safety and workplace-safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Operate the Toast POS system and accurately process cash, credit/debit card, and other transactions.
• Ensure all orders are entered and charged correctly.
• Handle cash responsibly and follow all cash-handling procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier and front-service area.
• Stock cups, lids, utensils, napkins, condiments, and other supplies as needed.
• Assist with grab-and-go items and other food service duties when needed.
• Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and personal hygiene procedures.
• Follow all ECI Management Group and campus policies and procedures.
• Work as part of the team and assist coworkers during busy periods.
• Complete opening and closing duties as assigned by management.
• Report POS, equipment, customer service, or cash-handling issues to management.
