Job summary

Mills Fleet Farm e-Commerce Enterprises, LLC is seeking friendly cashiers to provide a quick and efficient checkout experience, greet customers with a smile, and maintain brand standards at the front end of our Clintonville store.

You will handle monetary transactions, promote the Fleet Farm loyalty program, and support company initiatives while working a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of basic cash handling procedures, including simple math.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a quick and efficient check-out experience using the register and scanner.
• Engage customers with a friendly greeting and pleasant interaction throughout the transaction.
• Cashiers are outgoing and engaging. Must love working with people.
• Handle monetary transactions including cash, check, gift card, and cards.
• Promote the Fleet Farm loyalty program and other company initiatives.
• Maintain brand standards at the front end and sales floor.
